Overview:
Phil Kean Designs, owner of Phil Kean Design Group, will oversee The New American Remodel 2026. This nationally recognized and award-winning firm specializes in luxury-contemporary residential architecture and has been responsible for designing and building many exhibition homes in the past, including The New American Home 2021 and architecture on The New American Remodel 2022. This remodel is a “soft” remodel with a focus in updating and revitalizing a home without undertaking the extensive structural changes or major renovations of earlier TNAR remodeled show homes. By refreshing these aspects, the soft remodel will enhance the exterior look and feel of the home while maintaining the existing structure with minimal interior floorplan alterations and modifications.
Existing Home Features:
A 3,413 sq. ft. one-level home built in 1951 on 0.42 acres with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one-half bath, a covered patio with a pergola, solid surface countertops, two-car garage, a circular driveway, two gas fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings throughout.
Remodel Home Features:
A 3,413 sq. ft. living space (3,905 total), one-level home remodeled home with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom, a craft room, indoor-outdoor living features, a pool with an entertaining space, two electric fireplaces, numerous energy-efficiency elements, and an expansive outdoor kitchen.

Presentation:
The construction of The New American Remodel 2026 is expected to be completed in November 2025. The unveiling of this incredible remodel home will take place in February 2026.
