Welcome to The New American Remodel 2026

All registered attendees of the NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) and the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) are eligible to tour The New American Remodel® (TNAR) daily during show hours via complimentary shuttle buses from the Orange County Convention Center.

The shuttle buses will depart from the designated shuttle bus area at the rear of the South Hall. Complimentary tickets are required for access to the home and board the shuttle buses. These tickets are handed out at our booth for specific shuttle bus departure times on a first-come first-served basis on the day you want to tour the homes. They will run out quickly, so we strongly encourage you to visit the ticket kiosk booth as early as you can for the best chance of getting tickets.

The New American 2026 Remodel is a “soft” remodel with a focused approach in updating and revitalizing a home without undertaking the extensive structural changes. By refreshing these aspects, the soft remodel will enhance the exterior look and feel of the home while maintaining the existing structure with minimal interior floorplan alterations and modifications. Don’t miss the chance to witness the best in design modifications, aging-in-place features, and craftsmanship from February 17th – 19th at the International Builders’ Show.
