WELCOME TO THE NEW AMERICAN REMODEL® 2026

All registered attendees of the NAHB International Builders’ Show and the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show are eligible to tour The New American Remodel®. daily during show hours via complimentary shuttle buses from the Orange County Convention Center.

The shuttle buses will depart from the Westwood Entrance behind the West Concourse. Complimentary tickets are required to board a tour bus and access the home. Tickets for specific shuttle bus departure times are handed out in the West Hall C Lobby at Booth W40 on a first-come first-served basis on the day you want to tour the home. Note that tickets are limited each day and will run out quickly, so we strongly encourage you to visit the ticket booth as early as you can for the best chance of getting tickets.

The New American Remodel® 2026 is a “soft” remodel with a focused approach in updating and revitalizing a home without undertaking extensive structural changes. By refreshing these aspects, the remodel will enhance the exterior look and feel of the home while maintaining the existing structure with minimal interior floorplan alterations and modifications. Don’t miss the chance to witness the best in design modifications, aging-in-place features, and craftsmanship from February 17th – 19th at the International Builders’ Show.
